Spread over the second weekend in September, the 5th annual Hiawatha Paddling Festival is scheduled during one of the best times of the year for paddling. The water can still be warm, the wind calm, and best of all, the raptors are migrating!

Yak Jam has once again chosen the Norwalk Islands as its prime location for this year’s fourth annual Kayaker Jamboree. The Jamboree is a three day event which starts Friday, August 12th at 4PM and lasts until Sunday, August 14th at sundown.
World class paddlers flock to Chicago for the 5th Annual Chicago Shoreline Marathon on August 20th. 
An event geared to getting people on the water.
The 2nd annual Thacher Island Kayakathon, raising funds for a new Thacher Island boat launch, will be held on July 16 starting at the Granite Pier in Rockport, MA.
The full-blown Hawaiian themed banquet is bound to be a hit for this first-ever festival.
Our friends at Sea Kayaker magazine in association with Mountain to Sound Outfitters and the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce announce a new paddlesports event in Seattle, WA.
Paddlers are invited to Charleston’s 21st Annual Premier Paddlesport Event.
The Port Angeles Kayak Symposium returns to Port Angeles, Washington for it's 11th year April 15-17.
