Here's the trailer to a new DVD series by coach Gordon Brown.

The DVD includes eight coaching sessions on such topics as: foundations, forward paddling, turning, tidal races, steering and rock hopping. Then it puts the skills into practice by chronicling a four-day trip along the west coast of the Isle of Skye. The website says:
