About me
I paddle two boats - GTS Solstice and a Rapier 20. I have four equally good paddles and only use one - my wing. I like to go fast and far and I like to camp when I get there.

Paddled to Thormanby where I did camera tests before returning for a TG feast but the wind kicked up & the crossing was kinda ugly - I worried about staying upright in the "17 x 20' - I dug deep, kept it moving full speed - a no choice brace here and there w/plenty of sweat. I pushed my limits & learned how that boat cuts & I love it more!

Great pic! - is that off the deck of your Nordkapp? and what waters are you in?

Veronica Alice Two days in row, out on the water in sunshine. Keeping the skinny boat up-right and the wing digging in, so all well and fast too.

  • Another beautiful day 10k x 20' x 17". Also known as pure speed - my favourite fix!
  • It was a lovely day on the water pushing 20' x 17"

Well, I just acquired a used Rapier 20 and although its unsettling in the wind and waves it sure moves like glory on the shinny surface - absolutely loving it
