Nordkapp. Fast. Something like a Rapier is faster, but almost nothing else is. Seaworthy. Handled well, it can get you through very challenging conditions. Maneuverable, if you are willing to put it on edge. Highly responsive, but also unforgiving. With careful packing, capable of extended touring. What else is there? (OK, a shorter, hard-chined boat for surfing.)
