Kayak Events

Brockville, Ontario and the 1000 Islands are hosting the 2010 Canada 55+ Games from August 23-28, 2010. The Games sponsor and promote active living and wellness among people 55+. We're expecting an estimated 2,000 participants. For the first time since these Canada-wide Games began in 1996, the Games will include "Open" Canadian medal Championships for anyone 55+ in 4 events on August 26: 200 meter sprint flatwater canoe (C1, C2) and kayak (K1,K2) races in Gananoque, Ontario; and 5km and 10km runs in Brockville. Cost of registration is $35 per event. We are a non-profit organization and I am wondering if it would be possible for your magazine to list this event in your magazine and in kayak adventure magazine.
